General Manager – IT Sales

About the position

We are on lookout for a senior salesperson to handle our international IT sales operations. The selected candidate will play a critical role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives from the international market. The candidate will work out of our Chennai office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement a sales strategy
  • Identify new prospects and opportunities from overseas markets, specifically US
  • Identify business opportunities in legacy and upcoming technologies
  • Demonstrate our IT services to key client stakeholders
  • Participate in Sales events and roadshows
  • Drive RFP responses and demos
  • Work closely with the marketing team in ideating and developing marketing campaigns

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in selling IT services / software products to top-end overseas customers
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
  • Natural flair to connect and network with ‘C’ level executives
  • Strong business acumen to identify opportunities and pursue to closure
  • Consistent track record of achieving sales target
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and high level of integrity
