Google’s Weird Way of Ranking Websites

At times, the manner in which Google rank websites is nothing short of baffling. Here’s an example: For the key phrase ‘responsive web designers Chennai‘ Google.co.in has been showing up 6 links from the same website on page 1! When last checked, the number of links had come down to 4, but I think it still is unnatural. I guess only Google can tell us what’s happening here.
